Southern Tide at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina will accept returns and exchanges with a valid  receipt for 30 days after purchase. All return or exchange merchandise must have been  purchased from this store location, be in new and unworn condition with tags and/or original  packaging. Returns with receipts will be refunded in the same form of original payment. Returns  without receipts will be refunded in the form Merchandise Credit on a Southern Tide at Shelter  Cove Harbour & Marina Gift Card at the current sale price. If applicable, customers are  responsible for return shipping (trackable shipping is encouraged). Merchandise exchanges that  require shipping will be charged a flat $15 shipping fee.
